Be able to define as a custom global setting a company fiscal year, month etc... and use this to convert any date field to fiscal

currently we have no easy way to convert dates to fiscal calendar... you can using calculated columns, dax or lookup tables but its easy if you had a global setting for a quick definition and then call it on any visuals...
