Power BI usage statistics doesn't provide any value and it depends on individual report build and time consuming.
Enterprise data usage stats should be available to pick any report/dasboard or based on active users...It should designed business user perspective as well Global application/Data owner perperstive. Sample to check like SAP's BI Stat build for complete analysis.
