Visual Studio allows those with Azure accounts to sign-in and browse their available objects: SQL Azure DBs, Blob Stores, even Websites. It would be great if this existed in the Designer. Today, you have to lookup your Azure server name (non-memorable gibberish like 'axh98pt') for each datasource, then Google for the rest of the URL (its databases.windows.net for SQL Azure). Once you've done that you can proceed.
