Axis Scale in charts based on formula fields

The ability to use a formula to automatically change the scale of the Y axis (so you can control the maximum and minimum scale rather than using either a fixed start/end or the current automatic scale that doesn't create very dramatic chart presentations.

If the axis range is set at auto, the data points in the chart sometime do not accommodate with in the chart, so we end up not seeing all the data points on the chart.
