Automatically Drill-Down/Expand Matrix when using field parameters
The field parameters are a really handy feature for creating dynamic reports which let viewers choose the look of their matrix.
Now for example if you have a certain field parameter in the 'rows' part of the matrix, and some value in the 'values' part, if you then put a slicer on the page which lets the viewers select certain fields out of the field parameter, these fields get added in the matrix.
The problem here is that automatically, only 1 of the fields selected in the slicer will show up in the matrix, and if the viewers selected 2 fields, they will have to press the 'drill-down' button which some of the non-experienced power bi users won't even know exists.
There should be a feature which we can toggle that automatically drills down the entire matrix based on the fields selected in the slicer.
I have received this question by a lot of report viewers and it's a shame this isn't an option yet.
