Automatic feature is needed to assign premium capacity to Fabric capacity for My Workspace.

Trying to assign Fabric capacity to over 25,000+ My Workspace in organization. Assiging manully is not feasible. Requesting an automatic feature to enable bulk assignment to users instaed of manual as it is time consuming.
