Automate Ownership Transfer for Fabric Assets

In enterprise environments, users frequently leave or change roles. Microsoft Fabric currently lacks a unified, automated way to transfer ownership of assets (reports, pipelines, lakehouses, notebooks, etc.). This creates risk and overhead for admins. We request a centralized admin tool or API that allows bulk ownership reassignment across all Fabric asset types. This should include support for scripting, audit logs, and dependency validation. This is a critical feature for enterprise continuity and governance.
