Automate Dashboard Homepage

I have a dashboard on which I show some values and metrics regarding specific customers. I have scheduled and automatic data refresh from a blob: once a day we refresh our data. If a new customer comes up in our data (from our table in the blob) would be possible to automatically make it showing up also on the dashboard (without any need to manually pin the value and the graph from the report to the dashboard)?
