Auto populate parameters from a Fabric notebook into Base Parameters list in data pipeline

When adding a notebook into a data pipeline, there is a section for Base Parameters.  But those Base Parameters in the pipeline must be created manually before being able to populate them.

It would be very helpful to automatically get the expected parameters from the notebook populated into to the pipeline notebook activity.

When the notebook activity is added to the pipeline the Base parameters is empty and the parameters must be created manually.  Please provide a link to click to "Add from Notebook"
