Automatically refresh reports when a change or refresh is detected on the dataset. There seems to be a disconnect between the two now.

- ... or just allow to specify a time interval on report level which is used to execute a cyclic refresh.
- We really need for this feature to work correctly, automatically refreshing the visualizations when the data is refreshed.
- There is a option called refresh dash board style which is refreshing the tiles in every 15 minutes but if you have multiple tiles then it will won't work properly. anyway it is not working as per the promise made by MS. But if you choose "display last refresh time" by more option>> Edit details, it works perfectly.
- A true dashboard should show the latest data without having to manually hit a refresh button. If a scheduled refresh occurs, any reports/dashboards open should be refreshed. Or, just need a way to schedule a refresh the cache at regular intervals.
