Auto Refresh Database and Publish

As information input to dashboard will be online with ERP, Power BI Desktop should have the option of Refreshing (database) itself every 30 minutes (for example) and also Publishing the content afterwards. It would totally help the live information need.

on the command line, it can call the power BI desktop with the .pbix file ideally, have the command line option to open, refresh and publish. I try a couple of Powershell script in GitHub, but not working, run with error. Does Power BI Desktop had the OLE automation, so I can use any scripting language to automate the task, similar to excel
