It would be nice to be able to hide the auidance names so that all auidence names are not shown during meetings where screen share is taking place.
We use auidances within our PBI to seprate our customers and if I'm screen sharing with customer ABC we cannot show them we service customer XYZ so hiding the auidance name is invaluable.
Use a different workspace?
- Using a different workspace means we would need to share the same exact report, dataset, and referesh frequency across 10+ worspaces (for each of our customers) and this will increase capaicity consumption.
- Different workspaces means management would need to navigate to different apps whereas now they currently use one app and select the auidance they need.
Implement RLS?
- We use RLS within each report so that the data is filtered to the specific customer.
