ArcGIS Map Colour Legend

Would it be possible for the ArcGIS Map visual to have the ability to add a legend in the map for "Symbol color", such that a viewer can understand the span of values each colour represents?

This is absolutely infuriating. Who ever heard of maps like these without a legend. I have a major client who cant believe it! The legend on the ArcGIS maps are automatically and are superb.https://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?webmap=462c090408ab41c295c65234eef14138.Time to fix this!

Absolutely needed! Same thing goes for the 'Mapbox Visual'. Bubble size for the standard map is way to large if you need to plot a lot of points. Both ArcGIS and Mapbox fixes this, but doesn't have a legend.

It's June 2020 and still nothing! (there is this "Layers" added which is not helpful at all as the icons are small and there is always this "Others" listed as a category even when it doesn't exist!)

I also need it a lot, please add this feature ASAP!! It's something very necessary for a good map visualization!! I use ARCGIS maps por Power Bi a lot and in my job they always loved the visualizations but were asking about the interpretations of the colors. Please fix it!
