ArcGIS Map Colour Legend

Would it be possible for the ArcGIS Map visual to have the ability to add a legend in the map for "Symbol color", such that a viewer can understand the span of values each colour represents?

FYI, you can 'anchor' the labels which is the closest to a legend. This is found on the layers part under format visual. There are two options to position it in the top left or top right corner.
