Apply date format "DD-MM-YYYY" in filter between

[OrBe1]

When I use Filter "between" for dates, after publishing the report, the format looks like this: "MM-DD-YYYY"

even though the data type is "Date" and the date time format is: "DD/MM/YYYY"

In power BI Desktop the filter shows the right format but the format change after publishing

Its almost a year now, can we have this functionality ? why for the cards we can choose in which format date should be displayed but for Date Between Slicer we cannot ?
