Any artifact once deleted cannot be retrieved

Sometimes, reports or other artifacts in the workspace may be accidentally deleted and becomes unrecoverable. If the deleted artifact is important and difficult to recreate, rebuilding it can be a significant challenge. Therefore, it would be beneficial to have a mechanism that allows individual deleted artifacts to be restored easily.
