Anchor dahsboard spawn location

Currently, When you pin an item to a dashboard it automatically sends it to the bottom. As your dashboard gets longer it takes time to grab each item and send it to the top, or drag it into the middle somewhere. Placing a "dot" or something on the page where the added dashboard tile would stick when created would make this process much more comfortable.
