Alt text PowerPoint export improvements

When exporting to PowerPoint the alt text from visuals are included in the notes in the exported PPT but there are three areas of improvement: 1) Hidden visuals are included in the notes even if they don't have an alt text defined 2) If no alt text is defined there should be an option to not include the place holder for the visual 3) The ordering of the visuals in the notes doesn't seem to follow the tab order but some type of internal Power BI ordering, this should be set to follow the tab order instead. This would greatly benefit the export for when using Power BI to do management reporting as you could use the notes to handle comments on busy pages that they use to present in their meetings without cluttering up the page with visible comments.
