Allows Slicers to apply to all Pages of a Report

As has been partly implemented with Filters, it would be very useful to have slicers that could apply to all pages of a report. This would allow users to interact more easily.

Ditto on Michael Shparber comment: Wait, guys, @Kim, just make sure it also covers the scenario where I want to click on MULTIPLE charts without it cancelling the previous selection! Let's say I click on a bar chart that shows Months and select a bar for May, then, I click on a pie for Products and select "Bicycles". All the data should now be filtered of May + Bicycles (without me having to select anything additionally in slicers).

Glad to hear that this is started - looking forward to it! It's the biggest report design and user interaction gap that prevents us from pushing forward with Power BI across many of our projects

'@Will Can you apply this to all visuals and not just slicers? For all visuals to have the capacity to filter data across all pages. After all, all visuals can be used as a slicer at some degree.
