Users currently get access to a shared Dashboard in a read-only view. There should be an options for users to be granted edit rights, meaning that récipients can rearrange tiles, pin new visualizations, etc

Is this option available yet?- Do user able to edit the shared dashboards(Color changes to graphs)? Is the option available?
- not complete, i need user to edit dashboard and tiles. but don't want to give him right to edit reports
