Allow users to edit shared dashboard

Users currently get access to a shared Dashboard in a read-only view. There should be an options for users to be granted edit rights, meaning that récipients can rearrange tiles, pin new visualizations, etc

Do user able to edit the shared dashboards(Color changes to graphs)? Is the option available?

not complete, i need user to edit dashboard and tiles. but don't want to give him right to edit reports
