Allow users to copy dashboards from one app workspace, to another

Report developers should have the ability to copy a dashboard from one App workspace to another. One common scenario is the separation between development and production. i.e. have an App workspace shared with all report developers (DEV), and another one shared with end users / consumers of the report (PROD).

Our use case scenario is the following: Access to dashboards are compartmentalized per external client. Use Power BI workspace per external client to manage access. Clients have View access to workspace content. We want client workspace to contain only the dashboard that the client may view, not the report or data set. Reports and datasets are contained in a separate development workspace. The original dashboard lives in the development workspace. A copy of the dashboard lives in the client workspace.

A variation to this feature request is that one has the ability to create a dashboard to different workspace than the workspace that holds the report and data set, which underlies the dashboard.
