Allow users outside organisation to receive subscription email like users within the organisation currently do

This has been done now in the June 2020 update to the Service. Worked for me, though it doesn't work for external addresses contained in email groups.

This would be a huge help for us as well as we've begun implementing our internal solution for external peers in our industry and adoption is meaningfully jeopardized without the ability to subscribe. Perhaps their ability to subscribe on their own could remain a premium feature?
