Allow to view dbo schema in Sybase Database connector

Currently Sybase Database connector in PowerBI Desktop doesn't allow to list tables in dbo schema. This is serious oversight as most SQL Anywhere/Sybase databases have their core information in that schema. Sybase Database connector should remove the filter which filters out dbo schema.
