Allow the same characters when renaming dataflow names as when creating them
In Faroese we use the characters Ðð in a lot of words. At the moment we can use those characters in dataflow names when creating them, but when renaming the dataflows they are no longer allowed.
It would probably be a good idea to unify the functionality of the naming and renaming functions so they always reflect the same allowed characters.
