Allow spaces and special characters in the names of user-defined functions

User-defined functions should allow the same characters in their names as measures.

 

It might help if measures were made into a special case of user-defined functions or if the capabilities of measures were expanded to allow user-defined functions to be defined within them. After all, measures and user-defined functions are already so similar in concept, so it would make sense for them to be more closely related in practice.
