Allow proper printing of Dashboards and report pages

The lay-out of printed dashboards and report pages is lost when you print the page. Proper printing functionality is still missing (may 2018). In my humble opinion this should be a priority.

I send a weekly email to report users with the links to the dashboard and a PDF of the dashboard that day - it is in the smallest font believable and needs to be blown up to 800% to be readable. That seems really dumb. Can the printing be addressed, please?

I can't believe this is not fixed yet. It's been over a year that it's been brought to Microsoft's attention and they still have done nothing about it. If they fix this issue, this product will actually be extremely useful.

Following over three months dedicated development to get a report stack from SSRS and Excel into PowerBI with really positive user feedback, hugely disappointed to discover that we're back to the snipping tool and PowerPoint at a final publication layer. Please investigate this.

Hi, Please get this working. I have many clients who want to use Power Bi but will not take it if they cannot print their entire report.

The proper printing of dashboards and report pages works in Tableau and it is a HUGE problem not to be able to print multiple dashboard pages and full data matrix in Power BI. I have to stick with Tableau until that is fixed.

Trying to switch from Tableau to Power BI but just ran into the whole "any reports with scrolling data will only show the one page with the scrollbar" issue when trying to print to PDF. I really, really need it to print all the data included in the scroll.

Agree with this. There should be capability to paginate the reports as needed for proper printing.

Hi Microsoft - printing Dashboards in Power BI is a mess that needs addressing. Please give users the ability to set print parameters as with any other other office application. We do need to save static historic data for regulatory reasons, etc

Paginated reports are designed for use cases intended for print. Consider using a paginated report when you need to print.
