Allow partial data to be updated

Right now if a single one of the queries I use to get data fails, my entire dashboard that counts with over 30 queries fails to refresh. It'd be great if PowerBI would allow for partial data refresh. Then instead of failing a whole dashboard, only the affected visuals would be impacted.
