Allow non‑semantic‑model owners to edit tables in semantic models sourced from Lakehouse

Enable workspace members with the appropriate permissions (e.g., Admin / Member / Contributor) to edit or modify tables in semantic models even if they are not the semantic model owner, as long as they have write permissions on the dataset and Lakehouse.
