Allow map to filter lat/lon

Because of sampling in charts you cant display all location at once in a map (if there are more than 1000). After zooming into the map the location are still not displayed. Better behaviour would be if the map could apply a filter for lat/lon cooardinates depending on what you can see at current zoom level on the map. That also would lead to changes in all other charts and show the data which corresponds the current view of the map.

If I understand this correctly, when you zoom in to view a local area, we want the other visuals to be filtered by what is visible in the map tile. For example, if I zoom in to view only Arizona, USA, the other charts and visuals are filtered by locations in Arizona.
