Allow individual set up of height and width in page navigator button or new card

Users should be able to adjust the width or height of each button according to their own requirement. If horizontal option is chosen then user should be able to adjust the height of each individual button in the navigation and if vertical has been selected then user should be able to choose height. Mose of the times some tabs has short name and some has long name. Assigning same width and height makes the navigation visual useless.
