Allow for collaborative authoring of reports and dashboards with service providers external to the organization

We have a service provider who automates ETL and creates base reports and dashboards. Once this is done, we would like them to share the dashboard with users in our organization. Some power users within our organization should be allowed to make changes and add to the reports and dashboards.
