Allow end users to edit select parameters directly from report or app

It would be nice to allow the end user to be able to edit select parameters directly from the report. For example, if start date and end date are set as parameters, the end user could change the dates and refresh the report. This would be useful for datasets that require using import mode and are too large to import the whole thing.
