Allow customization of default checkboxes when sharing Power BI reports

When sharing reports in Power BI, all permission-related checkboxes (such as allowing recipients to share the report or build content) are enabled by default.
I would like the ability to change these default checkbox settings—for example, to have them unchecked by default.
