Allow composite model in Power BI Report Server

Released in PowerBI Desktop last November 2018, please make the "composite model" functionality available in Power BI Report Server. Key functionality requried is being able to use Direct Query against more than 1 data source, or mix Direct Query and Import in the 1 PowerBI report. Currently Power BI Desktop (optimized for Power BI Server) will force you into Import mode once you start to mix data sources, which can see you importing a lot of data. Thank you, AngusF

Makes a lot of sense even in SSAS enterprise enviromments when you need to include something not worth implementing in SSAS or bothering the SSAS admin.

Its wonderful that we can blend the queries from two different cubes but if I cant publish them on the server, its hard sharing it, transfering it to the power point and generally use it properly.

Users are leaving Power BI for Tableau in my organization because we don't have this feature in Power BI RS

This is such a game-changing feature and so much needed in Enterprise environments. This is one of the much-needed features for PBI-SSRS, as several of my customers are hoping for this.

It's a must to have for our users : the ability to extend enterprise IT models stored in Analysis Service tabular databases, with "personal" data would be a huge enhancement

With having the capability to assign Roles in Report Server, it would be a great help for Row-Level Security if the PBIX could incorporate live data from a database or web service that controls user access.

Not having this on PBI Report Server is a massive negative. It forces you to store everything in a db of some kind. The overheads of permission and data management for sometimes trivial bits of data.
