It would be great if we could somehow load arbitrary boundaries say via GeoJSON or other geospatial format. Then a category could map against the categories in that boundary file. For example, maybe we have neighborhood designations that vary or special districts that would be unique across jurisdictions. Rather than try to guess every possible boundary, let us load in the file as related data to map against.
