Allow admins to send notifications via Notification Center

As a Power BI Administrator, I want to be able to push rich custom notifications to all users or to a subset of users and have those notifications appear in the Notification Center. For example, if we have internal training, new support procedures, critical announcements etc I would be able to send those notifications to users via the Notification Center in Power BI

I noticed today there is a new notification indicating that a new Dashboard in a Day training is available. Would be great to push custom written notifications to select users, groups, etc. enabled on select dashboards, reports, etc.

I would like to be able to disable the advertisements as well. If we want to promote our own training then use the Power BI notification center. Working with Microsoft I understand there is currently not a way to disable these notifications.
