Allow X-axis in BulletChart BySQLBI to display negative numbers

Currently, the plot is displaying nothing if "Value" is negative. This can be an issue when you are comparing metrics such as growth, that can be negative, and you need to see the whole picture. Can you please adjust x-axis so that it for negative numbers?
