Allow Users to Share Custom Filter Views in Power BI

It would be incredibly helpful if Power BI allowed users to share a specific filtered view of a report. Right now, I can open a report, adjust the filters to create the exact view someone needs, and save it as a personal bookmark—but that bookmark is only visible to me.

I’d love the ability to save that filtered state as a shareable bookmark and send it to another user without having to engage power BI developers to save the bookmark state as a "global" selection. This would make collaboration faster and eliminate the back‑and‑forth of “which filters did you use?”

I've taken to screenshotting the whole dashboard page to show people how to apply necessary filters. This is accompanied by a link to the dashboard page. It would help some users a lot to get a link with all the filters applied for them. This would especially help when the filters are hidden and synched from a different page, which is harder to show people how to do.

There are a couple of ways to do this currently. In a report that's accessed from the workspace instead of an app, you can click Share and Include My Changes. This is the best method, however it isn't available on the workspace app.

Other methods I've used for reports on a workspace app are the commenting feature and sharing a link to a visual. When a user creates a top-level comment, clicking on this comment activates the filters they had active at the time they commented. And for the link to a visual, you can click the three dots to link to a visual which includes your filters, but it does create an effect highlighting the visual which can be confusing for users.

I personally would most prefer for the Include My Changes button to be available within the app, or add a link/share button to the bookmarks that by default copies the link while including the changes for that specific bookmark.
