Currently, Power BI automatically localizes data units (e.g., Thousands, Millions) based on the UI language. When the UI is set to Chinese, units display as “千” and “百万”, even if the model culture is en-US.
Request: Add an option to keep UI language as Chinese while displaying data units in English (K, M, B).
Scenario: For multinational teams, users prefer Chinese UI for usability but English units for consistency in global reporting.
Benefit: Improves flexibility and supports mixed-language environments without manual formatting for each visual
