Allow Pro License to connect tabular model to Excel via Power BI semantic model

It has been advised my problem only works with Premium or Fabric capacity workspace.

My organisation has Pro capacity/license and the goal is for Excel to query a Power BI semantic model in which the source is SSAS Tabular Model.
