When you have Save As for a Notebook, there is not an option to save it into a Folder within your Workspace, only can save it into the main Workspace area. Then must move it immediately if you want it in a certain Folder.

Yes, Is very annoying that notebooks are saved on root of workspace. Same happen with APIs
