Allow Incremental refresh for default destinations in dataflow gen2

Currently incremental refresh of source tables is not supported for default destinations in a dataflow gen 2 .

To use this you need to add a data destination for enery individual table. For large schema with alot of tables this implies a lot of manual work. 

Request to enable incremental-refresh for default destinations in dataflow gen 2.
