Allow Free Users to see Reports that have Row Level Security Roles (made by a PRO)

It should be urgent to allow Free Users to see Reports that have Row Level Security Roles. I got the PRO Trial for my work account and created a Report intended to be shared with different groups of (Free) users, each group with an specific Role. It turns out they cannot look into the Report now since PRO License it's required. Does this means I need to create a single different Report with a different filter each? This seriously diminishes the usefulness of the tool. What's the point of the PRO license if anything the PRO does cannot be shared with the rest?

But, some reports need a gate way connection.

I agree, this is a big adoption issue. On a side not a slight work around is if your report is in the same workspace as the Team in question you can pin the Power BI report to a tab in that Team and all members of that a team can see it (inc with RLS) without having to have a pro licenses but the workspace must be provisioned with Premium capacity. As mentioned this only works if its all in the same workspace which is a pain and can cause duplication of reports and data.

Requiring a whole organisation to have Pro licenses or pay for a Premium workspace isn't viable for many firms, especially non-profits. Free license viewers should be able to view reports created by Pro license holders, otherwise we simply won't use Power BI at all.

The current pricing model is not useable for small companies. I would love to use PowerBi in my company, but I have rougly 5 content creators and 40 users. It is not sensible to pay 120€ per year for every employee to watch a report.

I'm surprised this hasn't gained more traction. I would LOVE to use PowerBi for reporting; however requiring licenses for all users just to be albe to view a report is obsurd! Certainly there could be a viewer developed like there is for Visio. Wonderful tool; but...I'm with the submitter on this one. Make available a way to view for free; I bet that would drive up adoption!

So many possibilities but without Free users being able to see the reports it is out of our price range as a small business with 20 O365 users
