Allow Format Painter to apply dimensions

The Format Painter is a great tool, but the option to apply source dimensions to the target would be a great addition. Just as the alignment tools removed the need to enter specific coordinates for a series of items (most often slicers), we need a way to automate re-sizing of a series of items, too.
