Allow Data Formatting to be changed inside of a Dataset

Ability to change the data formatting when you are using data from a dataset connection. Currently you have to use the default format in the dataset pbix file instead I would like to adjust the formatting of the data due to the report being created from the dataset since multiple reports could be created from the same dataset.

We need this ability to format fields for the visual The same idea as the rename for this visual. We make some fields number but the user wants to be able to see the fields as Integer/whole numbers.
