Allow Column-Specific Tooltips in Table and Matrix Visuals
Currently, Power BI applies tooltips at the visual level meaning if you add a custom tooltip to a table or matrix, it appears for all columns.
It would be extremely helpful to have column-level tooltip control, where a custom tooltip can be shown only when hovering over a specific column.
This would enhance user experience and allow more focused, contextual insights within table and matrix visuals.
Use Case:
For example, in a table with 10 columns, I may only want a tooltip to appear for Column 3 to explain a calculation or display related metrics, without affecting the rest of the table.
