Instead of getting alerts that dictate on whether the carrier has their volume turned down or if there's an issue with their volume, we should change the alerts to like how they get from RIMS such as dog alerts and messages. Those types of alerts don't dictate on volume and are loud enough to hear whether the volume is down or not.
