I want the power BI users to select anyone dimension column and select one numerical/aggregate column and set their own threshhold when sum/average of the particular category from the dimension columns passes the threshold. when the current value passes the threshold then it should trigger an email. it should be selected by the users and there should be a separate place to track the inputs and current values along with the person who gave the inputs. how to set this up in microsoft environment.
this should be similar to palantir tool's alerting function
