Alert options for amount of change over a period of time

Instead of just "above" or "below" a numerical value, it'd be great to allow for 'alerts's/notifications for things like, "If a stores sales exceed $10,000 in a day." In this example the variables are -column(store sales) -amount of change(+/- or %) -period of time(day(s), week(s), month(s))
